Eagles Basketball Athletes & Parents Agreement.

 

            As the parent/guardian and athlete:

 

1.         We agree to always maintain the highest standard of effort and performance. We agree to be at our best behaviour towards other athletes, parents and Academy staff at all times. We agree to respect the use of the training facility and equipment and to follow staff instructions.

 

2.         We accept that there are risks of injury associated with training and playing basketball. We understand that although Eagles Basketball aims to minimize any risks, it is not possible to eliminate them all.

 

3.          We agree to meet all financial obligations on time.  We understand that no refunds will be given if we are unable or unwilling to complete the entire Academy term.

 

4.         We acknowledge and agree that Eagles Basketball may use photographs and or video on the eaglesbasketball.com.au website, social media channels, flyers, emails, and newsletters to promote Eagles Basketball. We understand that no personal contact details will be used on any promotional materials.

 

5.          We understand that if my child is entered into a Wildfire competition, they must be registered with Basketball NSW at an additional cost and are responsible for ensuring that their registration is current.
